702:The distance between the pin codes given is too high or too low
Error Description : This error occurs when user enters the distance high or low than actual distance while generating E-way bill
Resolution : The error can be easily fixed by manually entering the distance while generating the E-way bill or distance can be entered as 0 to auto calculate the distance if Override Distance setting is on and the distance is available in GOV portal. Attached snap of the setting for reference
Steps to correct the error :
1. Kindly Enter correct "From Pincode" to "To Pincode: distance and re-process for the same. follow the below steps to update the same from cygnet portal kindly login >>E-way bill>>E-way bill>>Search by doc#>>Select Filter (Push to EWB)>>Yet not generated>>Go to E-way bill action>>Generate E-way bill

Please note below points:
If 2 pin codes are same then you can pass distance between 1 to 100 only.
You can pass +/- 10% deviation of actual distance & it will be accepted.
