Business Intelligence Dashboard
Overview : Business intelligence dashboard provides user with an over all view and key insights on ITC available vs claimed , sales summary , purchase summary , sales and purchase bifurcation , recurring revenue and other details.
To access business intelligence dashboard : User to navigate to Menu > Dashboard > Business Intelligence Dashboard. User would be able to view summary of available ITC vs Claimed for all months from Apr to Mar as per applied financial year in global filter.
User will be able to view month-wise summary and graphical representation of ITC in GSTR-2 , 2A , 2B and 3B.
Sales Summary provides the summary from last month and year, Tax amounts from last month and year with graphical representation having summary of taxable and tax amounts. It also provides summary generation based on the filter selected for Total sales , taxable sales, By rate , By HSN and By product category.
Purchase Summary provides the summary from last month and year, Tax amounts from last month and year with graphical representation having summary of taxable and tax amounts. It also provides summary generation based on the filter selected for Total purchase , By rate , By HSN and By product category.
Sales Bifurcation provides an overall bifurcation of B2B Invoices , B2CL Invoices , export , nil/exempt/non-gst for selected year.
Purchase Bifurcation provides an overall bifurcation of B2B Invoices , B2CL Invoices , import , nil/exempt/non-gst for selected year.
Recurring revenue shows the summary value and percentage of contribution by customer and HSN.
Recurring expenses shows the summary value and percentage of contribution by supplier and HSN.
State-wise Sales and Purchase Bifurcation shows the summary value by state.
Round Tripping Transactions At GSTIN & PAN Level provides the month-wise summary of business partner sales and purchase.
Vendor Wise Item Summary provides the details of vendor and item details which includes Itemname , Quantity, UQC , taxable value & tax amount. User can filter by Month , Vendor GSTIN and Itemname.
