Connectivity URLs

 

Cygnet GSP offers two AWS environments for Enriched API & FTP. 1) Sandbox & 2) Production. You can start integration & testing with Sandbox & once everything is working fine & tested, move to Production environment.

 

API URL Details
Sandbox	Portal	https://staging-asp.cygnettaxtech.com

Note: In case of ideal scenario entire domain URL need to whitelist in the network for the seamless connectivity between integration system.

Data Exchange Utility

Pre-requisites

 

Step-1: Whitelisting of URLs

 

Users need to whitelist the URL below for the smooth connectivity with our ASP solution.

 

API URL Details
Sandbox	API	https://staging-api-asp.cygnettaxtech.com
Production	API	https://api-asp.cygnettaxtech.com

 

Step-2: Connectivity Check with URL

 

Now, user can check at client end IPs or URLs are whitelisted or not? please follow below instructions.

You can check through below command.

       1.      Go to Command Prompt

       2.      Type Telnet <URL> 443

For example- Telnet staging-api-asp.cygnettaxtech.com 443

Once you enter above detail it will open new window with blank screen then it confirms that it is working.                                                                                                      

Step-3: Change API URL in DEU

 

1.      Users need to click on the settings icon as highlighted in below image.

 

 

 

2.      There is Existing API URL (Old URL) available in API Gateway tab.

                                           

3.      Users need to update the new URL for the production system API URL production - https://api-asp.cygnettaxtech.com as suggested in the snapshot below.

                                 

 

Note: Above example is for staging, but you need to use production system.

 

Testing

Once this is done you need to monitor the data flow from the DEU to the production system.
