Error Description:- How to cancel IRN

​
Resolution:-

1. Get the Document number and then check the same by applying filter of “Location, Generated”

2. Need to check if it falls under 24 hrs. validation then only it will get cancel.

Step to cancel the E-invoice:-

Select FY, Location name, search particular document which needs to cancel and Generated filter from Push to IRP drop down which eligible for cancellation.




Kindly enter reason and remarks and click on cancel.



NOTE:- If EWB is generated for the same document than first we need to cancel the EWB and then only we are able to cancel the E-invoice(IRN).
