E-way Bill Generation

Overview: E-Way Bill is an electronic document required for the movement of goods exceeding a specified value and distance.

Benefits: E-Way Bill automation brings time savings by streamlining the generation process, ensures accuracy through automated validations, provides real-time tracking for enhanced visibility, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to secure financial data transmission.

How to generate E-Way Bill :

In order to generate the E-Way Bill, following are the pre-requisite:

Set the location for E-Way Bill purpose (Section Add Entity :  Manage Organization Module)

Enter the E-Way Bill credentials provided by NIC (Section Add Entity :  Manage Organization Module)

Import the file with purpose of E-Way Bill (Section Import Document :Import Module)

Once user imported the file, user can access the E-Way Bill module, by clicking E-Way Bill from the menu. After uploading the EWB records successfully on the Cygnet portal user can go to below mentioned tab for EWB module:

User can select a particular transaction or multiple transaction uploaded to generate a EWB number by clicking on below mentioned option:

Once EWB is generated user can download the E-Way Bill from portal. There are multiple options for user to download the E-Way Bill. Here are the different options :

1) Bulk Download Default PDF

2) Bulk Download Detailed PDF

3) Bulk Download Document PDF

4) Download Excel
5) Download Xelerate Excel

User can download copy of a particular EWB by clicking on below:
