Error - You cannot perform action on this document as you are not the relevant party to do so
Whenever you will receive this error you need to check, roles and rights assigned or not. for which the action you are going to perform.
The reason of that error is only that you do not have particular roles and rights to perform that action.
If rights or roles not visible to your id or not assigned than you need to contact your Administrator of company.
