Invalid Transporter ID

Error Description:- Invalid Transporter Id

Resolution:- You can easily fix this error by updating the necessary details in the document for E-way bill generation.

Steps to correct the error :-

1) User can navigate to Menu > E-way bill > E-way bill.

2) Filter the error transaction using Year , Month , Location and Document No.

3) Apply the filter Push to EWB as Yet Not Generated.

4) Now select the document and Click on E-way bill action>> Generate E-way bill.

5) Select first checkbox and Update the correct Transported ID and click on Generate.
