Login
Use your Email and Password to login to our web portal.

Upload File
You will be able to see the Upload Button on the right side of the dashboard page. After pressing the Upload button, the Upload page will be opened where you can upload all your documents. We support the following file types: PNG, JPEG, JPG, TIFF, TIF or PDF. Max file limit Size 100 MB.

Once all files are uploaded, you will be redirected to the uploaded page. You can choose to upload multiple files at one go, as well.





Member View
Default Access for members
1.Upload new files.
2.View the files uploaded by the member.
3.Able to export data in excel

1. Upload files.

This step is similar to point 1.
2. View Files List uploaded by member only.



Members can see a detailed view of the document.

Reviewer View
Default Access for Reviewer

1.Upload new files.
2.View all files uploaded by all users (Member, Uploader, Admin, Reviewer).
3.Able to export data in excel.
4.Able to analyze the data with graphs for all documents.

-The reviewer can see all files uploaded by all users (Member, Uploader, Reviewer, Admin).





The reviewer can see the detailed view of all documents uploaded.

Click on the edit button in front of the field details to change the field name.



Users can replace the name for any field they want, by writing the name in the box and saving it.

Drag and drop the Fields in the new order.

Admin can check all the available member's basic details, Like (Username, Email, Firstname, Last Name, Date Joined, Superuser Status and Active)

Rubber banding and Data Tagging
If the OCR is showing incorrect data in the output, the user can either rubber band the correct data or manually input the correct value. The option is available for both metadata and description table values.

Users can select the field in the Metadata or description table and the user can either rubber band the correct data or manually input the correct value.




Final steps to send Data to RPA

After correcting all the outputs from the OCR, the user has two steps to follow -
1.
If any amendments are made to the original OCR output, the user should select ‘Mark for Training’. This will enable us to handpick the documents for training the system further.



Settings



Company Detail
Contains company details registered on the portal including GSTIN, Trade Type/Name, and Address. Users can configure the list of validation applicable to a specific Trade from this panel.


Email Reader
Read attachments from email and process them directly. The email id is needed to be registered beforehand on the portal first. Designed to reduce human interaction and simplify the process of uploading documents. Users will have to specify String in the subject Like (Invoice, Performa Invoice, Credit Note), etc.



In/Out Report
Users can view SAPO and Webhook reports on this panel for post-process analysis and record-keeping purposes.

Notifications Center
Schedule mails to relevant individuals (clients/ resource persons) with data as per the options chosen. For now, two options are available, including weekly report on Monday and daily report every day.




SFTPS
If there’s a specific location, for example S3 bucket, from where files are needed to be fetched and processed. The SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) will do the needful with minimum hassle

Validation Rules
The list of validations available is displayed on this panel, user can select the required ones from the list that are applicable, and they’ll be applied while processing the documents. Appropriate flags with Red on Invoice Details Screen, for violation and obedience will be displayed.


History Report
This panel displayed a document-wise history report to the user. An individual can search and select date ranges for easier browsing.



Vendor Logs
This panel is responsible for showing Vendor excel generation event log reports. It also supports search and date range filter functionality for a smooth and seamless user experience.

Webhooks
Webhooks are used to configure the sending of real-time updates to users.



SAPO Data
Just like Webhooks, real-time updates are configured using SAPO Data as well,




From the below screen, the user will be able to see the Success and Failure log in case the SAPO Date event fails.
