ITC Insights & Decision Assist Dashboard
Overview : The ITC Insights & Decision Assist dashboard provides an detailed overview on reconciliation and ITC for essential decision making which includes document summary , ITC utilization , ITC Balance and accumulation and other necessary details.
To access ITC Insights & Decision Assist dashboard : User need to navigate to Menu > Dashboard > ITC Insights & Decision Assist dashboard. It provides an detailed analysis on overall document summary having records bifurcation of PR , Counter Party and Difference at document type level. User can apply global filters with Location , financial year , From and To return period for PR and 2B.
Reconciliation Document Summary provides the summary value bifurcated in different reconciliation such as matched , mismatched, near matched and other sections as available below.
ITC Utilization provides the summary values of tax amounts bifurcated in Total liability , total ITC utilized from available ITC in 3B , total cash payment , PR closing balance , 2B only balance, total working capital balance.
ITC Balance Summary have the summary available in opening PR document, added in current period , credit available in current period and closing PR document.
ITC accumulation status provides the total ITC closing balance bifurcated in tax amounts.
Liability and ITC compliance report provides the bifurcation of tax amounts. For Liability report user will be able to view the liability as per GSTR-1 , 3B and difference. For ITC report user will be able to view ITC as per PR , GSTR-3B and its difference.
Vendor Master Compliance provides an overall view of the compliance status of the vendor. It provides the total count vendors who are active GSTIN status , Inactive , cancelled , provisional , active pending verification , suspended and expired.
Trend analysis (GSTR-3B) shows the values as per respective sections in GSTR-3B.
