Login screen:
• How many attempts are allowed for login?
- 5 attempts are allowed per login.
• What happens after these attempts are over?
- After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, the user will be locked out of the system, and a notification will be sent to the Cygnature administrator for cloud users or to the user administrator for multi-user subscribers.
• How to get the account unlocked?
- For multi-user subscribers, the user Admin can unlock the Id after receiving a notification that the account has been locked, and for cloud subscribers, the Cygnature Admin can unlock the Id.
• Why do I not get email for login OTP?
- Sometimes it may go to spam folder to check spam folder.
• For how much time the login session remains active.
- The login session is active for 30 minutes.
