E-mail notification not received
How to check in portal if notification has been triggered ?
• Need to check provided document in cygnet whether that is generated or in
“Error”. In import file user had mentioned Mail I’d and mobile number.
• If generated then user need to check in “Notification report” by using
appropriate filter of SMS and E-MAIL, Year and Location Name.
• If SMS and E-MAIL has been sent as per notification report then user needs to
check in JUNK or SPAM folder of their mailbox. Still unable to find then ask
user to connect with their IT team
