Role Assignment Creation and modification
1. Role Creation
Role module can be accessed from Manage Organization -> Roles as per screen shot below.
Users can add a new role by clicking on Add Role.
By clicking on
, user will be redirected to Add Roles screen as per below screen shot.
- Basic Information: Users must enter Name and Description (mandatory).
- Rights: Users select the required rights for the role (mandatory).
- All rights or specific rights from one or more modules can be selected.
- Rights include actions like Add, Edit, Change Status, etc.
Clicking the "Save" button will save all the data for the respective role.
After creating the role, the user must approve it by clicking the "Refresh" button. This will display any "Pending" actions. To approve, click on "Pending" and confirm the approval.
2. Role Modification1 User want to modify the existing change any details in already created role then user need to edit the role.
2 By using Edit functionality from More, users would be able to edit respective Role record.
By clicking on Save button, changed details would be saved for the respective role.
3. Role Assignment
For role assignment, user need to navigate to User module, Manage organization -> User
By clicking on Edit, “Edit Users” pop up would be displayed on the screen.
After selecting the roles, user needs to click on “Save” button
