Notification Module

Overview : The Notification Module is a pivotal component within our system, designed to facilitate seamless communication with your vendors. This module provides a comprehensive 360-degree view of end-to-end notification details, allowing you to send and track responses, attach remarks to documents, and take essential actions on behalf of suppliers

To send notifications to suppliers/vendors : User can send the notifications from notification module or from the respective modules of E-Invoice , EWB , GSTR and Reconciliation modules as per the need. To send automated notification for specified purpose user need to enable settings. 

Notifications module can be accessed from Menu > GST > Notifications. User can create new notification from Notification Actions > Create notification and fill in the details.



Create Notification : User need select whom they wish to send the Notification To , Location , Recipient GSTIN and Subject for sending notification. Document details can be auto-filled if notification is being send from Reconciliation screen and user can add remarks and attach document and click on Save.



Send Notification : User can select the notifications they wish to send and click on send notification from Notification Actions > Send Notification.



User can download the responses from GSTN using Download Notifications from GSTN from Notification Actions. Status of such notification will be changed to purple which can be filtered by Notification Status as Reply received.



To view the notification details user can click on hamburger sign and view details. Using this user will be able to view the notification sent and response received from supplier.






User can also filter the notifications using below status :

1) Total : It shows all the notifications which are reply sent ,In progress , yet to be sent , reply received , reply partially received .
2) Yet to be sent : These notifications are created by the user, however it is yet to be sent to buyer/supplier.
3)  In Progress : These notifications are being sent and status will be updated soon.
4) Sent : Notification is successfully sent to supplier/buyer.
5) Reply partially received : Reply is partially received from the buyer/supplier.
6) Reply received : Reply is received from the buyer/supplier.
7) Reply Sent : Reply is sent to buyer/supplier.

To download the notifications user can download the excel by clicking on Actions > Download Excel.



To Delete the notifications user can select the notification and click on Actions > Delete.
