Check the Out Folder for the success and status
file. In status files one should identify if the IRN and acknowledgement updated or not.
If you are not able to
find the file then in this folder then follow the steps given below.
Login the cygnet portal and check the
status of EINV/EWB whether its generated or not. Status files will be created only for generation cases.
In case of error user must have to correct the error and push again to NIC/IRP.
In case of generation to further check why the response file not updated one has to check the DSU server
step 1) Login into DEU application and click on
the Question mark symbol at the top right corner.
Step 2) After clicking on the
Question mark one drop down will be populate, then select the search document tab.
Step 3) You can enter the
document number inside the box and search the details as required.
Step 4) If your file is fetching as shown in the
below picture then use response to generate the status file in the out folder
To Generate the status file Manually please follow the
steps mentioned below
step 1) Click on the response tab on the home
screen of DEU application
Step 2) Select EINV/EWB as per the requirement
Step 3) Select the business location as per shown in the below screenshot
Step 4) Select the locations as per shown in the below screenshot and select the date range then clock on "Download E-invoice details"
Step 5) Once you have downloaded, you will find your
status file in out folder.
If you are unable to recollect the document
number in that scenario, please follow the steps mentioned below to identify whether document file is updated in OUT folder.
Step 1) Open notepad++ from the system.
Step 2) Got to the
search menu and select find in files from the drop-down list.
Step 3) Enter the document
number In the “find what” field
Step 4) Go to directory field and select the
path to Archive directory of DEU application.
Step 4) Then you can view the
document name in the response Tab as show in the below picture.
