SEZ error for transaction ?
Steps: we can check whether the user is a regular taxpayer or not because for SEZ the taxpayer should be always SEZ as the same.
Kindly enter the Transaction
Type as SEZWP => SEZ with Payment or SEZWOP => SEZ without Payment and
try generating again.

Click on search Taxpayer> search by GSTIN or by PAN card.

While importing data on portal if documents are going in error state "'BillToGstin' Is Not In Correct Format. " then there are two check point which needs to check. 1.Check transaction type -i If transaction type is B2B then in field "Bill to GSTIN" ...The record cannot be imported for 'SEZWP' or 'SEZWOP' as location is not SEZ type.
This error denotes that when provided location is not SEZ then records can not be imported with SEZWP or SEZWOP transaction type. You can only enter SEZWP or SEZWOP type where location is SEZ type.
