Statistics Dashboard
Overview : The statistics dashboard provides users with comprehensive statistics for modules like Return, Reconciliation, E-invoice, and E-Way Bill, offering insights ensuring a clear overview of essential data for informed decision-making.
To access statistics dashboard : User need to navigate to Menu > Dashboard > Statistics Dashboard. Statistics dashboard provides you with the overview of return compliance for all locations, reconciliation stats , reconciliation action taken , reconciliation section , missing records , E-Invoice statistics & E-Way Bill statistics.
Returns Compliance : This widget shows the statistics of regular return for all months
from Apr to Mar as per applied Financial Year in Global Filter.
Individual filter criteria are available for
Return Compliance section as per below.
1)Taxpayer Type : User can filter the taxpayer payer type from Regular , Input Service Distributor , Tax Deductor , e-Commerce Operator , SEZ developer & Unit.
2)Return Type : Different return type options available such as GSTR-1 ,2X, 3B ,9, 9C and ITC-04.
3)Return Frequency : User can select on the return frequency from monthly or quarterly.
4)Users : User list will be available who has filed the return.
Reconciliation Stats & Action Taken: User will be able to view all reconciliation sections and action stats in graphical representation along with total records details.
User will be able to view stats for below
Reconciliations month wise from Apr to Mar for :
1)GSTR-2A
2)GSTR-2B
3)GSTR-2X
4)GSTR-6A
Reconciliation Section & Missing Records : User will be able to see the graphical representation of the records bifurcated in different reconciliation sections such as matched mismatched and near-matched.
It also shows users statistics of missing records for which is available in GST only , PR only and ITC delayed PR only.
E-Invoice Statistics : User will be able to view E-invoice stats for
all the documents imported for E-Invoice generation for 7 days from considering
today’s date.
E-Way Bill Statistics : E-Way Bill statistics provides the count of E-Way bills generated this week , generated in last 24 hours , Part A in 24 hours and E-Way bills under extend validity. It also give the statistics on total uploaded , yet not generated , yet not generated using E-Way Bill, Generated Part A & B , generated part A only , cancelled , rejected , discarded , expired and delivered.
