721 The distance between the given pincodes are not available in the system

Error Description : This error occurs when user is trying to generate the E-WAY bill and the distance between the pincodes is not available on portal

Resolution : The error can be easily fixed by manually entering the distance while generating the E-way bill.

Steps to solve the error:

While generating the E-WAY BILL  user can manually enter the distance between the pincode and generate the same , 

Follow the below steps to generate the same from cygnet portal kindly login >>E-way bill>>E-way bill>>Search by doc#>>Select Filter (Push to EWB)>>Yet not generated>>Go to E-way bill action>>Generate E-way bill and enter the details .

Also check if the pincodes are correct
