Error Description:- GST session expired
Resolution:- If you are getting this error than you need to guide the client for the resolution
Step to correct the error:-
While syncing the data if you encounter with the GST session(available in Entities module) expiry error than kindly ask client to Activate the session and Resync the required category data again.
2. API Access issue
Error Description:- API Access Issue
Resolution:- If you are getting this error than you need to guide the client for the resolution
Step to correct the error:
Checked on GST portal for API access
Click on profile >> My profile >> Manage API
Enable API for 30 days
2. Reports_ data not fetched
Error Description: Reports data not fetched
Resolution: If you encounter this error, follow the steps below to resolve it.
Steps to Resolve:
- Sync Data:
Navigate to Data Activities and select the Synced tab.
Refer to the image below to guide you in accessing the Synced tab.
After syncing the data, go to the Report section.
Click on the Refresh Report option to update the information.
3. Report_discrepancy in fetched data values
Issue Description: - Discrepancy in fetched data values
Resolution: - If you are getting this issue than you need to guide the client for the resolution
Step to correct this issue:
To resolve the discrepancy, you need to sync the data.
Navigate to Data Activities and select the Synced tab to initiate the data synchronization.
Alternatively, try regenerating the report to see if that resolves the issue.
4. GSTN System Session
Error Description: GSTN System Session Error
Resolution:- If you are encountering this error, follow the steps below to enable the system session:
Step to enable system session:
- · The taxpayer needs to log in and go to "My Profile" by clicking the name icon on the right side of the screen.
- · Once in "My Profile," the taxpayer will see the screen with "Quick Links" on the left-hand side. Select the "Manage API Access" link from the options.
- · After clicking "Manage API Access," a new screen will appear where the taxpayer should select "Yes" to allow API access through GSP and ASP.
- · If the taxpayer wants a longer session, they can choose the desired duration from the drop-down menu. The default session duration is 6 hours.
- · During the selected session duration, the taxpayer will not receive an OTP for authentication, and the ASP/GSP application will be able to refresh the token automatically.
