Extend E-Way Bill Validity

Overview: In the event of a the E-Way Bill expiry , it is essential to extend the E-Way Bill Validity.

Benefits: The Cygnet portal offers convenient ways to extend the E-Way Bill validity, including options such as APIs, Excel uploads, and a user-friendly interface. This flexibility ensures a seamless and efficient process for extending the E-Way Bill validity.

How to extend your E-Way Bill Validity :

Users can efficiently update E-Way Bill Validity incase if E-Way Bill validity is expired or yet to be expired. Kindly note E-Way Bill validity can only be extended incase E-Way Bill is expired before 8 hours or after 8 hours of expiry.  

User can select the E-Way Bill number and click on E-Way Bill Actions > Extend Validity.

User can provide the details such as Transport Mode , From City , State , Pincode , Reason , Transport Document Number & Date , Remarks and Distance. User can click on Save for successfully extending the validity.
