How to transfer call to other Agnet
There are certain scenarios where transfer to the agent is required.
Cases be like if customer has already in discussion with Agent and not want to talk with other agent.
If Agent was trying to reach the customer but they are busy and dialed back to support but call received to different agent.
Step-1 Click on transfer call
Step-2 Now put the Agent id whom you want to transfer the call. and then select mark to Consultative and Dial Override.
Step 3 Now need to click on the "Local Closer" and then call will get transferred .
Note : Make sure the recipient agent is on paused.
