TML ASN URL Update in DSU Process

1.       Check the URL is whitelisted or not – Go the client’s server/local system(where DSU installed)  enter the portal and API URL in and Web browser. If you see the screen image below, it indicates that the URL is whitelisted, or whitelisting is not necessary.

2.       Update the NEW API URL in DSU:-

                DSU < Settings < Update the “service URL” with NEW API URL.

               Once New API URL update click on the save tab and logout the DSU.

 


 


 

Go to the services and restart the service for Cygnet Vendor Postbox.

Login the DSU and take any older file from “TWbatch” OUT folder, rename it and paste it in TWbatch  “IN”  folder and check the response in OUT folder( out side of TWbatch).

If you receive a response in the OUT folder, it indicates that the URL has been successfully updated.
