Email notification not received

Error description:- Email notification not received for E-invoice/E-way bill generation.

Resolution:- 

1. Need to check provided document in cygnet whether that is generated or in “Error”. In import file they had mentioned Mail I’d and mobile number.

2. If generated then they need to check in “Notification report” by using appropriate filter of SMS and E-MAIL, Year and Location Name.



Steps to correct the error :

1. If SMS and E-MAIL has been sent as per notification report then ask user to check in JUNK or SPAM folder of their mailbox. Still unable to find then ask user to connect with their IT team.

2. If Client is still unable to get pdf, then ask client to provide the LOGS from there end and raise it with appropriate details tointernal team
